Complaints & Inquiries

Protecting the rights and interests of customers is the goal that Tamda Express aims to achieve. Therefore, we always strive to implement policies that provide customers with a transparent and safe Buying - Selling - Shipping service by publicly and clearly disclosing detailed information about TamdaExpress.eu and Tamda Foods s.r.o on the homepage www.tamdafoods.eu. We make publicly available the methods of contact so that customers can easily receive support and have their questions answered when using the services provided by Tamda Foods.

We are committed to disclosing mechanisms for resolving disputes that arise during the Buying - Selling - Shipping process on www.TamdaExpress.eu. If a customer places an order or uses services that result in a conflict with Tamda Express staff or has their legitimate interests infringed, Tamda Express commits to actively supporting the customer in protecting their lawful rights and interests.

All disputes arising between Tamda Express and its members will be resolved based on mutual negotiation. In cases where an agreement cannot be reached as desired, either party has the right to refer the matter to the competent People’s Court in Prague for resolution.

Complaint Resolution Process: Notify of the issue to be addressed: Customers can directly contact us via the hotline or email (as listed in the Customer Support section below) to specify incorrect information or issues they wish to have clarified.

If the complaint involves goods, the customer should provide the following details:

  • Product code: EAN or internal company code
  • Reason for the complaint:
  • Complaint Reception Timeline:

We accept all complaints related to goods within one week from the delivery date. We will respond to the customer within 14 business days from the date we receive the complaint.

Returns will only be accepted for items with quality issues or errors caused by Tamda Foods (e.g., delivering the wrong type of goods, delivering more than the ordered quantity, products of unsatisfactory quality as stated in company recall information).
